You can order items securely through our online shopping cart with your credit
card using paypal.

2. How are online payments processed?
All orders placed alisonrose.com are managed and collected securely by Paypal. We DO NOT keep any credit card information on file.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days from the purchase date, unless back ordered. All Domestic orders are sent via Usps Priority mail which ships in 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for international orders.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 for all Domestic orders. For orders over $80 we offer free shipping in the US. International orders are an additional $6.
5. Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do! We love doing custom orders. We can make anything from a custom handbag to a built just for you one-of-a-kind t-shirt.
6. What is your refund & return policy?
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, return the item in perfect condition (not worn or washed) within 4 days for a refund (less shipping costs). If you ever have troubles with any item we will gladly fix the item.
7. Are your wallets durable?
every wallet at alisonrose is handmade by us! We pride ourselves in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. The fabrics we choose for the wallets are all very durable and many times we reinforce the stability using interfacing. We take time to make sure each stitch is solid and each corner is super strong.
8. What are your washing and care instructions for all shirts?
Our women's tees are made using Bella T-shirts and Alternative Apparel T-shirts. Our mens tees are printed on FOTL 50/50 Best T-shirts and Bella's new guy brand Canvas.
For one-of-a-kind t-shirts we suggest the gentle cycle and line drying. For our printed t-shirts we suggest washing them inside out to preserve the images life and line drying to avoid shrinkage. Also be careful to avoid a hot iron directly on the image when pressing.
